Home Use Rights

ICI member schools participating in the Campus Agreement may grant to their faculty and staff the right to use a second copy of a limited selection of products on either a home or portable computer for work-related purposes.

Important Note on Work at Home Rights: Before extending Work at Home Rights, you should clearly understand the terms and conditions. Staff/Faculty users DO NOT own the license or the CDs, rather they are authorized to use the licensed software and media pursuant to the terms and conditions of the license(s) granted to the institution for the term of the institution's agreement. By extending these rights, your institution accepts responsibility for communicating the terms and conditions to your faculty and staff. This includes keeping accurate records of software use and distribution and ensuring that your faculty and staff understand the stated terms and conditions.
